Fixed prices
Basic drain clearing
For the simplest jobs that take less than 30 minutes: a blocked sink, toilet or floor drain.

- Applies to simple blockages in a sink, toilet or floor drain that are cleared in less than 30 minutes.
- If the job takes longer, or needs the main drain or a camera, we agree on a price with you before we continue.
- The call-out surcharges for evenings and weekends in the table below apply as usual.

All prices include VAT and apply to drain services for private customers. Housing cooperatives, condominiums and businesses: price after a site visit or by quote – also for larger jobs further away and for a service agreement with regular jetting – ask for a quote. Plumbing work: free site visit, then a fixed price after the visit.
Frequently asked questions
Do I get a fixed price before you start?
Yes. The fixed prices in the list apply to high-pressure jetting and camera inspection. You get the price confirmed before we head out, including any call-out surcharge.
What does the drain truck cost in the evening or at the weekend?
A surcharge is added to the fixed price: NOK 1,890 after 17:00, NOK 2,290 after 21:00, and NOK 2,290 at weekends and on public holidays.
Can you invoice the housing cooperative or condominium directly?
Yes, to the board, the property manager or the individual resident, as agreed.
What if jetting doesn't solve the problem?
Then we recommend a camera inspection to find the cause – for example a break, incorrect fall or roots. The package price with jetting and camera together often pays off.
Why don't you have an hourly rate for plumbing work?
Because the jobs are so different. We come for a free site visit, look at the job and give you a fixed price before we start.
